Today I tried to buy some goods at Spotlight, and was held on the phone line for 20 minutes, cut off and had to call back...eventually went to the store, where I was given the run-around by a number of staff, eventually dealt with the manager, who clearly has no interest in the business, customers or maintaining relationships with clients.
