I have been to Spotlight many times & usually don't have any issues but my trip yesterday left me not wanting to go back there. Two separate employees behind the material counters. I'm not going to go into specifics & I don't know if they are under any stress for other reasons but I think the older lady's working there might need a gentle reminder about customer service & how they are the face of the company. I work in a small retail shop myself am often surprised in these big stores how employees get away with treating customers don't they employee mystery shoppers? Might be something you might want to look into Spotlight.
With the weather starting to warm up, my wife and I attended the Penrith store to look at the wooden blinds on special. They were up to half price off and looked to be great quality also. We decided to buy one for our bedroom to see how good it would be, before we go ahead and do the rest of the house.
It was very easy to install and made our bedroom look great. It was great to get rid of the curtains and have the blinds up, there was an entire new look and feel to the room.
We looked around before coming to Spotlight and found that dedicated blind stores were just too expensive for us. Will be going back to buy more from Spotlight when the next sale is on!
