I was treated very rudely by the receptionist while making a phone call. I was not surprised to see that a lot of the comments below were also addressing the attitude of their receptionist. Maybe it's time for a change of staff?

Bad greetings from the receptionist sitting today (31/05/2018). She is so rude. Asked about available doctors, look like it’s a hard job for her. ????????
But always had good responses from the doctors.

I can't believe how unprofessional the receptionist was today (Sunday 17/09/2017). Talk about rude! When I got to the counter I explained to her I didn't have my Medicare card, I left it at home but we had been there before. Well that set her off to start snapping at me didn't it. She was just so hostile and obnoxious I was shocked that she thought it was ok to treat patients like that. Not only was she rude to me but other patients coming through as well. I will be making a formal complaint against her and never will I ever take my sick child to that medical centre again. They should be ashamed at how they treat people.

Walked into Springfield medical and dental for the very first time at approx 1pm on a Sunday 27/8 and wasn't even greeted, instead had the horribly rude receptionist just look at me with her eyebrows raised waiting for me to approach the counter. After realising this was our first time there she then sighed with annoyance handing me the forms to fill out with an attitude, body language and facial expressions so disgusting it made my stomach turn and heart beat faster. I've never come across a medical receptionist with an attitude so horrible. I asked my medicare card and paperwork back and walked out before I boiled over and would regret walking into that place! Absolutely disgusting customer service, especially for a medical receptionist

Had a 9am appointment and had to wait 45 minutes to be taken in. I can understand if it was the end of the day (4pm) and emergencies have come up but waiting 45 minutes for a 9am appointment is ridiculous. Numerous people came in after me and were seen. I asked reception how much longer the wait would be and she said there was only one person ahead of me. Reception could have apologised and let me know there was a wait but didn't. Reading through the reviews it's clear I'm not the only one who's gone through this.
I have no complaints about the doctor I saw but I definitely won't be going back.
