I have been dealing with Al and his team for a number of years. They have always assisted me with any issues I have had, offered free advice and also come out to assist with services when required. The service techs that have come out are very helpful and thorough and always ensure the work is 100%.
amazing service! i do disagree with the other reviews very much. i believe that they do not rip people off! they do everything to make my services great! i would definitely recommend this pool shop to people. i had tried the augustine heights pool shop but they were absolutly rude and they had no idea on what they were talking about! springfield pool and spa supplies do not repair the pumps themselves so if ur pump does break once again than it would be the repair companys fault.
An absolute joke! I was told my old pump was worth repairing so I went ahead and 5 months later the same issue has happened. I put my pump in and stated I would like it looked at as it should be under warrantee and two days later I'm told its ant damage would I like to go ahead with repairing it. I stated that I did not and that I would like to pick it up. Two days later I receive a call that my pump is ready for pick up and I would be charged a courier fee.
I refused to pay and was told very rudely that my pump will be left at the shop till I pay then hung up on. This is by theread more
Hi Mr Anonymous2232, You were told at time of bringing your pump in that it was a free quote unless you decide not to proceed where a courier fee to take and return from the very qualified repairers / electricians would be charged. Our repairers advised us via a quote that there was ant damage and they do not leave the ants there as proof. The quote to repair was well worth it to get your pump up and running again and was certainly worth fixing. When our repairers quote on whats wrong with a pump they have to open them up and will not return a pump to a customer if it is not safe to be plugged in I am sure you understand this, so they may have made it unable to be plugged back in without the suggested repairs being done. The owner of the business has already emailed you and offered to fix this pump for you at no charge, but as yet you have not replied so we presume you were talked into buying new.
The facts are in my review and people will see for themselves.
