I Called to make an appointment today, was told there was 1 available at 14:20 with DR Y.N ,unfortunately and although he is a good doctor I could not wait his normal waiting time of 1hr so I elected for another doctor. I was told there was a 13:40 spot available which was in 15 minutes. I accepted this appointment with DR L and began rushing to get ready. I unfortunately left the centre at 14:50, yep after declaring that I couldn't wait there normal waiting time, I waited over 1hr and still didn't get seen.
Now me and my family have been loyal to this surgery for 6yrs and I have seen regularly 4 different doctors. DR A is my favourite. The reception are always pleasant on the phone and in person. All the doctors I have seen have all been great. Are we forgetting the basics of customer service. I can no longer accept a waiting time of 1hr minimum.
Please review the basics of good customer communication and acceptable waiting periods. D.J.
Staff of this medical clinic lack professionalism. Each reply is defensive and poorly articulated. Perhaps acquire some interpersonal skills and invest some funds towards training for your staff.
If you value your integrity , I'd strongly suggest that you seek professional medical care elsewhere. I'll avoid this place

It doesn't help you because it's honest. Look at all these negative reviews, listen to your patients!! Clearly you are not improving. Thank you.

Again we do our best to help all our patients we are very positive in addressing any issues to improve our services but we understand that you don't have issues but you just want to be negative to us without reason thanks
Your reply just reinforces my view. You are rude, that is the problem and it is that simple. Your staff lack interpersonal skills and phone etiquette is non existent.
As a fellow patient but has a happy patient of this clinic, this person obviously had a bad experience that he doesn't want to share. Personally my experience is the opposite but that's what you get in business. Each person who comes online looking for reviews needs to take it with a grain of salt and decide for themselves what they think is right, but I just want to balance this out to say that there are a lot of happy patients who go here as well.
