Booked in for a colour with full trust on the owner. I was then convinced to give my hair a “trim” because the ends are dead. When a hair dressed has a “I know better” attitude they will easily do what they want with your trust. The trim outcome was introduced layers into my long hair that were choppy and disjointed.
