Been waiting for a delivery for a while. Delivery guy made no effort to see if anyone was at home and just left a card.

Now we have near a 2.5 hour round trip to pick up the parcel

Shocking cystomer service

Service is not terrible, my package has gone around Brisbane for 5 days with no sign of delivery. This is no acceptable. Never use this company.

Was waiting for the package all day just for a "Sorry we missed you" card. Now have to drive an hour round trip to pick up a package because the delivery drivers are lazy.

This company is a joke. The only thing they 'Express' at is a 'Sorry we missed you' card.

After a few days wondering where my package was, I checked the consignment number to find that it was attempted delivery two days prior, when I was on site.

No phone call when they arrived in the loading dock, no email afterwards, nothing. I rang them to see if I could pick it up from their depot, despite it being very much out of my way, to be told that I would need to give a days notice. ...read more
