This company is a joke. The only thing they 'Express' at is a 'Sorry we missed you' card.
After a few days wondering where my package was, I checked the consignment number to find that it was attempted delivery two days prior, when I was on site.
No phone call when they arrived in the loading dock, no email afterwards, nothing. I rang them to see if I could pick it up from their depot, despite it being very much out of my way, to be told that I would need to give a days notice.read more
Worst delivery service in AUS history, lies, no service and try to upgrade when they dont supply service.
I had a delivery secudeled yesterday, 12th March topld delivery would be by close of business.
I live in a security estate, we have a onsite manager, I also had a friend stay all day NO CONTACT at all asked manager he had no contact,
Get a email today saying my parcels were ready to be picked up at Darra QLD, (70km round trip and 2 tolls) I contacted them and was told they couldnt deliver to a local PO I had to upgrade my deleivery, 1st and only time I will deal with them.
Spoke to the company I purchased through they will pass it on to there superiors, I contacted Australia Post they had no problem with directing my next 3 deliverys to the loacl PO office.
No wonder Aus Post distance themselves from StarTrak by saying they are contractors. 1 star is the lowest I am alowed to give wish it was minus stars.
I received a card due to not being home for a delivery and the card simply says that the item has been returned to depot. The card states to review your re delivery options visit startrack.com.au/card left. I filled in all the required spaces but it all came to a stop when I tried to enter "Recipient's suburb or postcode" when I input my postcode a drop down menu shows my suburb which I clicked on and then the area goes red and states "Enter recipient's suburb or postcode" I can't get past this point so therefore can't use this pathetic system that is supposed to help you to arrange re delivery. What a pathetic excuse for a customer service site. I am unsure what to do now to get the item delivered.
How crazy is it when a customer collection Centre only opens during normal office hours. If the delivery driver cannot deliver a parcel to an address, it’s most likely because the people at the address are at work, and more than likely they work Monday to Friday, so to take the parcel back to a depot which only opens between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday is as about as useful as a chocolate tea pot.
