Today I was expecting delivery of a vital spare part for one of our printers. I had paid for a extra to have it couriered to our premises. When it hadn't arrived by 4pm I rang the supplier to check upon its whereabouts. He told me that it showed up as being delivered. When I told him it hadn't been, he checked again and found that it had been delivered to the Post Office, WHICH IS NOT THE ADDRESS ON THE PARCEL. All day I had been waiting for a courier to ring the bell and hand me a parcel only to find out that I had a piece of equipment out of a for 6 hours more than necessary. It despicable that you people charge for door to door delivery and then just dump it a Post Office. I am really angry at losing valuable production time because your driver is too lazy to do his job properly.
Horrible Service 3 parcels supposed to come out for delivery today and 1 driver turns up wqith ONE parcel and says must be another driver so instead of sending all of them with one driver now, we are now waiting on another driver whichg has ussually come by now, rang their traralgon depot and no answer , second call they hung up just as i gave them the tracking ID, very rude and ignorant to me for no reason at all, NOT A HAPPY CLIENT!!
