Joining Step into Life has been one of my best decisions ?? I just wish I had joined sooner! I had a gym membership and after 10 years of the same old routines I was bored and not very fit. Step into Life is never boring! No class is ever the same, so it keeps it interesting. I love training outdoors. The members are a fun and friendly bunch. You don't have to be fit to join. I had a shattering experience when my surgeon introduced me to a lady on a walking stick to give me assurance that I would be able to walk again. My physiotherapists were wonderful. At the end of their work I was walking and driving. They recommended Step into Life. I have been a SIL Cheltenham member now for more than 10 years. Its tough to stick at an exercise regime as we can all get busy and become time poor but Donna has helped remind me over the years that by making myself a priority in my own life I can be a better support to those who share my life...SIL is more than just physical training, its a holistic approach to health and fitness.
