Receptionist was excellent, very friendly, and informative. Moi (The man who helped the most) was extremely helpful, and explained the process very clearly for my Grandma to understand. When we picked up the car, it looked brand new. 100% recommend this place for your car.

Receptionist staff were lovely. Everyone else horrible. They were accusatory and argumentative, accused me of making a false insurance claim even though they assessed the car initially and then booked it in for repairs. We agreed that the claim was legitimate, they then had my car for two weeks and once again said my claim was not legitimate until the reinsurer assessed my claim. After the insurer agreed with me, they fixed my car in 4 days and called to say it was ready for pick up. Upon arrivalmy spare tyre was on the wheel as my wheel had not arrived. If then took a further two days for my wheel to arrive. In amongst this I had already returned my hire car so I had no choice but to drive my unfinished car home until the wheel arrived. These people are crooks. Our daughter had an minor accident with a 10 year old bomb with $5000.
This place charged $2,424 in labour alone and the whole bill to our insurance company was $4000. Why is NRMA using these crooks who are obviously overcharging.

Big thank you to everyone at Rigoli. They turned a stressful experience into a hassle free one. Customer service was great and more importantly very happy with my repair. My Yaris looks good as new. Highly recommend

Great work to my vehicle and great poeple to deal with would recomend them to anyone.
