Very unhappy with my roller blinds. They don't roll up evenly, they bunch at one end. I have multiple blinds side by side. All sit at different heights in the frame! Brackets don't sit flush in the frame, it looks really unprofessional. Even after the proper in home measure and quote the blinds don't sit straight. The company will not return my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I try to be kind but it is simply not possible in this review. While happy with my first experience with Stuart Blinds, this last episode has left me frustrated and angry. With the promised delivery time of two weeks from deposit, i think if I had not followed my order from the first non appearance of the promised blinds, right throughout the manufacturing and installation process (organizing the installer and electrician) I would still be waiting for them eight weeks later. Unfortunately they are still uneven, and even though I am withholding final payment, they still seem hopelessly unable to organize a fix. The kindest thing I can say is I feel sorry for the poor staff who had to take my many many calls of complaint after the repeated non call backs from the management. I won't use them again.
