BE WARNED!!! They have great products but the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. My order has taken 7 months & its still not complete. I was lied to, no shows on booked installation dates, every excuse under the sun about the workshop & deliveries and to top if off updated my credit card authorization form to new expiry dates without my consent. Be careful supplying any credit card details & be sure that you don't want them in a hurry. Such a shame as the products are really good....
Non existent service - told shutters would take 4-6 weeks, tried to make contact at 4 weeks to check eta, could not get in touch with anyone for 3 weeks... finally told they would be ready in a week. Was contacted a few days before install to say they were delayed a further fortnight. I was called on day of install (12 weeks after paying 50% deposit) to be told shutters hadn't arrived with shipment, would be further delayed (week before xmas). I insisted the one roller blind be installed that day, two hours later they arrived with all the shutters and blind?? First window had been incorrectly measured and was 100mm too big for frame, not installed; second window did not have the rail for window frame so could not be installed; third window was the roller blind, this was 10mm too big, could not be installed. I was advised the little window above the door could not be made as it was too small (don't know why I wasn't told before as it was included in myread more
It's now been 12 months since having blinds installed by stylehouse, and it's now been 12 months waiting for them to fix the two shutters that broke on closing the first day. They make promises after promises and love to lay blame on suppliers. After 6 months they came to fix them and as soon as they repaired they broke again and was promised they would get it sorted and I'm still waiting. This is on top of stylehouse debiting a credit card without authority prior to completing initial install. Apparently another error. This would seem to be a lowly capitalised business that will struggle to meet warranty issues be wary.
I have had the same problem its been going on for two years shutters replaced 4 times still wrong colour still broken still saying it will be a 7 week turnaround to fix the problem then they forget you till you keep ringing them got our money don't give a d*** spent $14000 with them big mistake
