Great staff reception and vets. Script charges exorbitant $59.95 per item no matter what the cost of the medication. Even meds under $20 you are still charged an extra $59.95 per item, regardless of time already charged for consult with vet. Checked with 2 other vets and they don't charge anywhere near this amount. Manager said he will check and have not heard back.
Dr. Mike and his team at Sugarland Animal Hospital have been, and are, our vets of choice since 2008 when we moved to Bundy. Making house calls is one of the exemplary services provided by S.A.H. and no matter the time of day or night Mike's team always respond promptly and with never a complaint. Having large dogs who are difficult to transport makes this an invaluable service for us. All Mike's staff are friendly, competent and empathetic. Nothing is too much trouble!
We have had many, many vets over the last 40, or so, years and S.A.H. is undoubtedly the best we have encountered. We think this opinion is shared by our puppies (and kitty) who are always pleased to have a visit from the S.A.H. vets. Strongly recommended.
