Thanks to Darren for coming out on a Saturday morning to get my family off my back and repair our hot water tank
I called 2 other Sunshine Coast businesswho only wanted to sell me new heater when mine is only 6 years old
So happens I only needed a $80 part
Thank you for your honesty and being upfront fairdinkum about what was wrong and charging a reasonable call out and labour

Was looking to get my old hot water system replaced as it had developed a leak. Didn't really know what I needed but the guys at Suncity Hot Water were really helpful and suggested I replace my old electric tank with a new Bosch 3000 Heat Pump. They turned up on time, did a very neat job and the system is much more economical. Was more affordable than I expected too, highly recommended!

Honest prices and advice and service is great. If you need a hot water specialist these are the guys to call.

Well i would steer way clear of this business worst experience ever! We got the owner of the business to install a new toilet system in our holiday unit, we opened the door to the unit 3 days later to find it totally flooded we called them and they sent another tradesman to repair the fault so we then had to organise proffesionals to dry and clean the carpets and replace some furniture due to the water damage. They insured us that all the costs would be covered but after several phone calls and left messages there was no response. We finally got in contact with the owner after hours only to be abused and sworn at on hands free while the wife and kidsds were in the car!
