Staff are friendly and welcoming. Never had many issues. I do often find however that there are queues for the teller service which can take a long time. They either need more staff, or to work with greater efficiency.
On the top level just down from Dymocks or the National Geographic Shop, a well laid out branch which has obviously seen a good amount spent on the fitout. The staff are great and it's an eas bank to use.
