Company is a complete joke.. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. from the beginning to the end. Do not bother emailing as they never reply. Cant ask for a manager because this is not given to anyone apparently?
Promises after promises with this company and nothing gets done. No reply only if they are chasing your money!!

By far the worst experience I've ever had to deal with.
My grandmother wanted an awning and blinds see organised this company to come to a measure and quote (mid August). The sales lady came out to do the quote and the wrong colour was on the quote. So I tried getting in contact with the company to change the colour, they told me I had to speak to the sales person. So I tried to ring multiple times, sending messages, and emailing with no responses for weeks. I also kept ringing the office at brookvale and they were "passing on my messages to the sales person" by this stage they have put my order on hold. We had a very bad experience with this company.
The external blind is of poor quality and was assembled incorrectly. Because the arm was rubbing on the fabric it caused a large rip.
When we rang it was difficult to get someone to come out - 3 months before we could schedule a person to look at the problem and we had to pay $100 for them to look at the problem.
The fitter took one look at the awning and agreed with us it had been assembled incorrectly. However management said we had over- wound it. How that is possible i do not know.
Know we are faced with the decision is it worth it. The whole blind is a pile of rubbish so it it worth repairing.
I think we will go to a better company next time
This is the worst experience I've had with any trade ever. Ordered one 2m blind and one 1.5m curtain in Feb with a delivery date of mid March. Blind arrived April, didn't fit, finally installed in May. Curtain arrived in August, track didn't fit and drop too long. Now December and today got a letter threatening me with credit collection as they've been trying to finally deliver the curtain for the last 4 weeks and strangely I haven't been rushing to call them back. Credit collection before install! S**** with me for not calling back for 4 weeks after a 9 month delay. Abysmal. Avoid.
