Surfside SUCK!
Multiple breakages, scratches and items that are completely irreplaceable eg: vase with lid wrapped in bubble wrap X3 and in box packed with wrap that held the ashes of my mother and father, broken, no ashes. Removalist unpleasant, throwing boxes into truck. Would never let anyone I know go through surfside (shitside!)
We used Surfside Removals for our move from Sydney to the Central Coast in August 2016.
From the initial contact made with Ryan, right through to moving day, the staff were prompt, courteous and professional, taking care with our furniture and ensuring that all items were delivered to our new home where we wanted them (not like other removalists who dump and run). Andrew came by during the unload to check that we were happy with how our move was going.
The guys took care when packing during the load, and there were no breaks or damage to our furniture... there was one younger worker who had to be reminded a couple of times to slow down... or risk damaging something... but the older guys were across this. All in all, it was a good experience during what could have been a stressful move. Would definitely recommend!
