Absolutely appalling customer service. Condescending and impatient. Complete misdiagnosis of problem with my pump - telling me it was the sand in the filter, then a leak in the pipes (already ruled out), the impeller in the pump, then back to filter despite that being fully checked out and parts replaced. Still no pressure. Providing wrong advice for fixing the problem and after pulling the pump apart complete destruction of several parts inside. Would never recommend this company for anything to do with pools. Would give a no star option if I could.
Thanks Leanne. other companies have been on site and replaced filter parts, pressure tested but never looked at your impeller. We repaired your pump in Feb 16. Replaced bearings seal and capacitor. there was nothing wrong with the impellor 9 months ago. I hope your pool equipment is all sorted now
I was not looking for a refund or claim under warranty. My concern is you kept changing your mind and mis-diagnosing the problem and insisted the pressure problem was with the filter when clearly it was not. Despite seeing the photos of the broken pump parts and knowing full well the pressure was not adequate you continued to insist the pump was working fine. The pump will be working fine when it is replaced by a company who knows what they are doing finally. Thanks for nothing Garry
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They overcharge, don't take responsibility for ineffective service, continue to charge you for mistakes they make and treat you as though you're always in the wrong (the customer is always right doesn't exist in their world). Their negligence cost me hundreds of dollars and I had to get someone else in to fix up their mess. A complete disaster!
As explained, The chlorinator cell production was not high enough for 3 weeks before we got called to remove for repairs.Repairs generally take a week during the busy summer period.When on site to re install the chlorinator, and as you are aware the pool was extremely green with "boat men" insects and larvae. We then supplied chemicals required to right your pools situation.We did advise you to call us back the following monday after we dosed your pool. You insisted on the friday before that we call back to administer more product,to which our manager went out of his way and organised to meet you at the property within theread more

Poor service. I booked a pool cleaning service from Swimart, their staff member left without informing me of any form of payment. One month later I receive a text message from a lawyer threatening me to give me a bad credit rating if I don't pay up. Swimart had my phone number, address and email address to inform me of payment details or send me an invoice. But that never happened. Their response when I called up to pay, 'we sent someone to your house several times to collect the money'. But no one ever came whilst we were home and they didn't leave a note or invoice.Their response to that 'we don't have time with such a large client base to chase people and money around'. But sending someone to houses isn't classified as chasing up people? Mixed in their story trying to cover up a mistake on their behalf. Will never use any Swimart again or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous!
