My mission is to share the amazing health benefits of Tai Chi with as many people as possible regardless of their age or ability level, and I am looking forward to sharing this journey with you.
Tai Chi improves circulation, reduces stress, strengthens leg muscles, boosts confidence, can be done by people of all abilities and allows them to begin a regular exercise regime in a gradual and safe manner.
