Took my MacBook Air in under warranty as it was not turning on. Was told there would be no fee when I dropped it off. The issue somehow resolved itself whilst in the shop for 4 days and was working again. Was expecting to pick up the laptop with no cost incurred. Went in to pick up my computer and was slogged with a $75 “diagnosis fee”. I questioned why the cost if the issue resolved itself and was told because they had to connect their machine to confirm that there was no issue??? Even if this was nessassary, they never rang to confirm such a charge. Such a joke! Avoid this place.
I dont often write reviews but in this case need to let people know that this would have to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped off my laptop Monday for the screen to be replaced, apple warranty, now its Friday 23rd December need my laptop to run my business off site over the Christmas period (dont want to have to come into the office) and now they are going to cancel the repair because Im picking up my laptop, Told them I would bring it back on Wednesday - no not helpful at all. They are saying it's Apple - Apple are saying it is them.
Very impressed once again. Staff know there stuff and are really willing to spend time and help. I've been in many times and they have always come up with a solution when I throught it was hopeless. We booked it in, had an sms the next day saying everything would be covered and parts were already ordered and it was ready the day after that. In the past it was not that quick but they always let me know how long it would be.
