I've attended both the Tues evening classes after work & Fri morning pregnancy yoga clasess. I've found Heidi to be a wealth of information for all mums. She has lots of handouts & CD's for us. She has been a excellent teacher. I look forward to Mum & bubs classes once my baby has arrived... would recommned to anyone.
I atttended the pre-natal yoga with Heidi of a Friday morning... absolutely loved it! usually stressed walking in, left the class feeling a million dollars... not only yoga, Heidi provides a very nurturing environment with all sorts of tips, tools and advice for expectant mothers... would highly recommend this class to all pregnant women... ;-)

I signed up to write a review, I have found the teachers to be very warm and welcoming, responsive to need and knowledgable. They offer library and CD's to borrow, handouts, and spend extra time before and after class with students. The classes are popular and there is often a waiting list. It's def. worth the wait, I had to wait 5 weeks for a mat in Saturdays Restorative Yoga class but once you are in, you are guaranteed a spot each week. Highly recommended and worth the wait.
