Meditation Classes available now on Tuesdays at 10.15am at Queen St Pilates Studio in the mat room. The classes are a laying down meditation, with the focus on deep relaxation and meditative journey. Through the meditation we can access our subconscious where we can clear negetivities, receive messages and 'keys' or symbols to enhance our wellbeing and keep us aligned with our 'true' selves. Tanya Wilson facilitates the class, and brings in her gifts of insight and intuition, whilst keeping the class magical and 'new' with the use of video projections to enhance your relaxation, then talking you through a totally guided meditation journey. You need do nothing but relax in this class. Meditating in a group is often easier than on your own!
