Tathra Bakery is a new name for Swiss Bakehaus. Service is appalling. I was screamed at by bakery female owner and told to "get out of her business" as I questioned a refusal of a little bit of hot water on the side to dilute my husband's coffee!!! My husband is a senior and has to take care of his heart. All this happened on Valentine's day, when you expect not only normal, but polite service. Please stay away from that nightmarish place!
