If you want lose money - This is the company for you, these guys are charging a cancellation fee, normally this would be fine HOWEVER i booked a job at 4.55pm for the following day between 10 and 2, they said if you need to cancel ring back leave a message or call first thing in the morning. I rang at 8.30pmish expecting an answering machine guess what i got they trading hour and it hung up at the end, so i ring a 9 engaged rang 7 times getting through at 9.05am to be told that i have inured a cancellation fee of $75.
Adelaide Telefix it not about your $75, now its the principle of the matter and how many people you have pulled this stunt with.
Let me know if you wish to proceed with your bill, since your staff cant answer my question and your manger runs away
Job was assigned on the .1st November and I still haven't heard from Telefix - Iv rang Telefix 3 times - to be told they are waiting on parts but they havnt even looked at my Ariston oven yet so how do they even know what parts are needed? I know it's a Warranty fix but surely it's still money - maybe Telefix is just too big now to even worry about calling back some customers. Extremely bad customer service!
I also have dealt with a few repair companies over the last couple of years and I would sat that Telefix has been by far the best yet.
I booked online and stated the problem with my fridge at time of booking. Tradesman was a little late but he had called to advise me of this. WHen he arrived he assisted to unload the fridge, advised me that in fact my fridge was still under warranty!! I would have paid him if he hadnt been so honest.
He had the parts in his van, called his office to confirm warranty issue. I provided invoice, he fixed fridge.
No hassles, no drama, quick and painless. I think the man's name was Dirk. Excellent work.
Very disappointed with this business. Booked to come out on Weds 9 August between 10 and 2. Got to me after 2, I work from home and was due to start at 2.
The technician himself was friendly and apologetic, but the first thing he said BEFORE he looked at my washing machine was...."I need to get $95 from you"
I knew what the problem was, so machine was open, part to be replaced was out......nothing for him to do. The technician inspected the part, took photo's said the part needed to be ordered and would take two days.
I rang Telefix 2 days later, the part would be in the following Wednesday (7 days later).
Pre-booked a time for Friday 18 August. Received a call from Telefix to say the they had received the part, it was broken, very sorry, not coming out today,read more
We've had a number of tradesmen in over the past month and have to say Telefix was one of the easier companies to deal with. From booking the service call, to having the issue diagnosed and follow up appointments to finally repair, I am very happy overall. The tech's were happy and easy to deal with. We found their service honest and reliable. We will call them again. Thank you
