Absolutely shambolic, failed to understand our telephony requirements, provided erroneous details of the plans and failed to follow up in a timely manner. Unfortunately the entire South Melbourne Business Centre is unresponsive and inept at providing reliable and timely service.

Ive put in complaints to Telstra themselves, Ive put in a complaint to channel 9 A Current Affair. I will name and shame him 100% out of principle.
A simple recorded phone call offering me a new plan has resulted in a nightmare for me. THIS IS A BUSINESS PLAN, NOT A RESIDENTIAL PLAN. I rely on an active plan THAT I WAS OFFERED AND AGREED TOO.
So many occasions I have said, listen to the recording and realise what he offered of which I agreed too.
You stuff me, and Im gonna stuff you twice as bad.
