After having a terrible experience both on the Telstra live chat online and in a Telstra retailer, I got in contact with Jack Brown from Telstra Business Centre at North Ryde as a result of a recommendation. I wish Jack for my first port of call because he was the only one that just got what I needed sorted! He was efficient and moved mountains to make sure we got what we needed. As a small business being without a phone is not only inefficient but costly. Jack understood this and made sure that our issues were sorted- if ever I had any issues or had to get another business plan Jack would be the person I would speak to.
