I’m not going to give any star ratings for the lack of “customer service“ even using those words is too much.. Was greeted with “hey” by BEKKY as I walked into the store.. I explained that my husband and I had bought new phones yesterday- “Got ya receipt” she rudely barked at me before I’d even finished my issue. I told her I had it in the car with the box etc; as I went out to the car to get it, Bekky started whinging about me not having my receipt with me to another staff member (who did not engage in conversation) what Bekky didn’t know was my mother was within eat-shot and could hear everything she was saying.

I was at the service desk alongside another Gent in his 50's.
He told the short attendant "I think my grandkids dropped my phone.
She replied "are you sure you didn't drop it while you were drunk"?
He tolder she was being smart and she just shrugged her shoulders and made a face.
No apology whatsoever.
The Store Manager (Tara?) was sitting next to her and immediately looked at her but said nothing.
I hope the attendant was issued with a written final warning.
I seriously doubt it though...
This Telstra Store seems to unable to answer incoming calls, every time to message bank. Not good enough. Changing the business hours sign with a black marker, no announcement of change via various telecommunications options, so we bought phones from kmart. They greet you with "Hey Dude". I'm 50+, show some respect. I then saw the same employee treat a confused customer with arrogance, short replies and then eye rolling towards workmates after customer had left.
