Don't waste your time. I bought tiles from Terry's Tiles a number of years ago when renovating a house in the Barossa and they easily had the best range in the whole of SA. I've had no luck finding anything suitable locally for my current house so had been planning to visit them again. I drove all the way from Hallett Cove yesterday (took me an hour and a half in traffic so heavy it reminded me of Sydney) only to discover that the business has not only PERMANENTLY CLOSED DOWN, but has obviously been closed for at least weeks if not months or years. I did not even need to get out of my car to see that the interior displays have long-since been dismantled, and the "For Lease" sign in the front window is already showing signs of age. Their website is still very much active and still lists their trading hours and list of suppliers. Any reputable business would change their website to reflect the fact that the business no longer exists. The only positive is that Iread more
I have found that the service at Terrys Tiles to be great and staff are very willing to help in all ways, Not to mention the great range of tiles, products and good prices.
This is why I myself buy products there on a regular basis.
Terry's tiles was recommended to me by a friend. I am glad i listened. There service was fantastic and informative. At no time did they treat me like i was just a woman!! They answered every question no matter how trivial it may have been to them. I have visited a few tile and hardware stores over the past few weeks and in some cases have been totally ignored. Or if i have asked a question have been laughed at. My curiosity has been mistaken for stupidity.
Besides all of this the prices were quite fair and they had some fantastic bargains around. There showroom was clean and easy to walk around. They also had a broad range for every taste.
Well done guys keep up the good work and i will be sure to tell everyone.
