Recent Ballarat News Review. A BIG thumbs up to Thai Fusion on Sturt Street. We were there on Friday, July 9 for dinner and Dean and his wonderful staff made us feel extremely welcome. The meals were amazing and the service from all the staff was exceptional. We will definitely be back again.

The owner of Thai Fusion Restaurant (Dean and Eva) would like to Thank Everyone for their support and votes.
Location is great, decor and atmosphere is good but a little disappointed by the food and the price compared to the Thai restaurant in Melbourne. The poor air conditioning also made the place uncomfortable. The staff were prompt and courteous though.
We took some friends again, but this time the waiters put the mains on our tables but didn't give us any plates or cutlery. It was another 20 minutes after we asked that our plates turned up and the dinners were by that time already cold. One of the meals was like eating a giant bag of salt. The staff, while nice, did not really bother to apologise. I would definitely think twice before returning to this place.

We really try hard to ensure our diners enjoy their time and we believe our staff try their best to convey this.
