I have long admired and drooled over the social media page for this store. Then not long ago when they had an awesome sale, I took the plunge and bought three dresses over the phone. Their instructions for sizing were spot on and I am sooooo happy with my dresses. I always get compliments when I wear my dresses. Even though the store is a long way from where I live I would absolutely love to visit the actual store. But I think it would be best that I save some more money because I know I won't be able to walk out of there with only one thing.
I got the most wonderful happy girl serve me the other day when I popped in to buy a new dress. She really couldn't do enough for me. Finding outfits that suited what I was after, getting the right sizes, zipping me up, finding me shoes. And complementing me on my derrière! Haha. If you've got curves, flaunt it! :) I love pin up style, and That Shop stock everything 50's including bags, sunglasses, and even makeup. I ended up with a new dress, shoes & earrings, plus another dress on Layby. And some long lasting Lime Crime lipstick on back order. Fabulous!
That Shop in James Street will apparently end up their lease at the end of September 2014. Until then they have got lots of sale items! Good news is, That Shop has now opened at Robina Town Centre, and the one at Coolangatta is still trading. I'll still miss the one in Burleigh tho.
Fabulous little retro-styled clothing shop in James Street, Burleigh Heads. If you want to frock up like the girls in Mad Men with the feminine frocks, gorgeous heels or 50's gear, this is definitely the place to go. New clothing only and great options for skirts, blouses, dresses and accessories.
