Very happy with our new attic space - makes such a difference to our home. Tradesman was great. On time and nothing was too much trouble.

we had an issue with the installers cleanliness (ie. very dusty process) per earlier post. Management were very helpful afterwards and i have to say that the product itself is great.

dissappointing. no issue with the staff, but the install was a disaster. took all day and the mess was unbelievable. Had to ask them to cover the cost of a professional cleaner and carpet steam clean and even after that we spent most of the weekend cleaning dust of toys, books, walls, floors etc.

Thanks Attic Group! I have not looked back since getting one of the Upgrade ladders installed, we have really high ceilings that made using a normal ladder to access the roof both dangerous and cumbersome. Now the whole thing is easy from start to finish, including the great speedy service and quick turn-around from enquiry to completed job, the sales guy even called afterwards to genuinely make sure all was OK with the option we went for without a pushy up-sell. We will get an upgrade Attic ladder in our holiday home soon as the summer comes around again.

I had been thinking about either moving or extending and both were going to cost a bit of money and I saw one of their ads in the local paper for a storage package. Gave them a call and shortly after I had one of their reps out to my home to measure up. I went with a 15sqm clean storage room and it's the best thing. All the stuff I'd had lying around the house is now all up in the roof! Love it.
