We are having a similar bad experience with this firm, Paid over $8,000 for blinds and shutters and promised blinds would be made and installed in 5 weeks by the sales person.
That was in early Feb 2021 its now nearly April 2021 and still no blinds or even a phone call to inform us where they are.
I try to call but i was told leave a message and the lady will call us back in two days to answer our question which would take 30 secs.
Shocking customer service, It really seems that once this company have your $$$$ the customer service is ZERO and they dont want to know you.
This afternoon we received an email from this firm saying there was too many orders and material shortage which will delay our order even more.....What a joke and i wish i never paid them in the first place!

This review is on behalf of my 86yr old mum who is hoping to see her curtains up before she dies (she said). It's a long drawn out episode so I'm going to shorten it. Basically from ordering curtains from well before xmas to finally recieving them sometime late February....only to find one of the curtains is in the wrong colour, no not a different shade of the sme colour....instead of pink it came in white? ( and now pink has to be reordered from eastern states AGAIN! ) and having one of the curtains and tracks too long, so they had to send them back to be cut down to the right size and said it will take a week. So no curtains arrived after said week or the next week and only to find when they did arrive, that the tracks had still not been cut shorter. I am still waiting for a call back from them after I called this morning and nobody has called my Mum to appologise for even further mistakes and delays. I bought 4 pairs of venetian aluminium blind. After two years the mechanism of one pair of blinds does not work anymore. Because the blinds are still under warranty I rang up the Company and have been told either I bring the blinds in for a repair or we send someone out to repair the mechanism but I have to pay $80 call out fee. I am not able to remove the blinds by myself and I am not prepared to pay the call out fee, because I guess for that amount I can buy new venetion blinds. So much to customer service!!
Don't do business with these people. We had a whole house fitted with their blinds. The blinds were reasonable value for money. But after less than 18 months the blinds started falling down off the wall on several windows. We looked at them all and the end brackets had all slipped out of place. In two cases the brackets fell off completely. They had fitted two screws one end and one at the other on all windows which put undue pressure on one side. In addition, the rawplug used was the smallest available and the screws were very short, which resulted in the complete detachment in several cases. We contacted Blinds Gallery and they claimed the 2 and 1 fitting is normal - something we reject - and refused to attend to look at them unless we paid them $80. Grudgingly we did. I am the original reviewer. I just got contacted by the owner of Blinds Gallery who has refunded us the $80 I mention in my review. I am now satisfied that Blinds Gallery did the right thing, albeit it took the owner's intervention to get a fair deal. They have implemented some process changes to stop this issue recurring so I am happy with the outcome now. Steveinozjm
