What I really like about this place are the pictures from various Tintin comics that are on the wall, and when I asked the staff about them they told me that it was because this was a Belgium pub. Mind you, it didn't feel like a Belgium pub, and while there were some Belgium beers on tap, there wasn't a huge amount. However, the Tintin posters did give this place a bit of a unique character. They also have some very interesting posters on another wall which were promoting modern social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter, yet had a 1950s feel to them which I thought was really cool. However, other than that, there wasn't much else that really caught me about the place. I guess it had more to do with it being a gastro-pub than anything else, which, to be fair, I would generally expect from a Belgium pub, but it isn't really a place that I would come back to all that often.
