Having done this restaurant with people, I now give vouchers away when I can. Seriously.
First up, they do not send reminders, but it is expected you would be aware of your times. Plus, a quick Google maps search and you will find the exact spot you need to be in.

This company seems to be all about money!
They are happy to take full payment long time in advance.....They don't bother to send reminder close to book days (even if you booked and paid over 3 month in advance).
And the reservation don't even have a clear indication of where and how to board the train!

Have lived in Melbourne all my life and until last night had not tried this interesting dining experience....and am now kicking myself that I didn't sooner!
The decor and ambiance of the tramcar was amazing, being fully restored to it's colonial glory means the minute you step on-board you know you are in for a truly unique dining experience.
The seating is also done very well and we were surprised that for a group of 4 (with 2 taller men) we all felt we had plenty of room to sit back, relax and enjoy the night. The seating arrangements are done cleverly in booths of either 4 or 2 seats.
