Made the booking in the morning, was given an estimate of when plumber would attend. The plumber rang 40 minutes before attending. He got straight into the job, he was friendly and knew what he was doing. What he had to do was absolutely disgusting, no complaints he just did the job. The price was good compared to other quotes I was given. 5 star service.

Sometimes we have no choice but to "get our hands dirty" in solving a customer issue but an unblocked drain is the focus of everyone of our plumbers and we are pleased to have been able to achieve this for you also.
I had the really bad experience of calling the DrainMan to clear a blocked drain. Without even attempting to clear the drain or diagnose the problem I was told my entire sewage system would need relining at the cost of $15,000. I declined the offer, he then did some superficial high pressure water blasting that got things working before departing. Two days later I get a bill for $600. Drains blocked again 2 weeks later. This time I got a real plumber (not a commission driven salesman rip-off guy) who took the time to diagnose the problem, executed the correct treatment and has now completely cleared the drain. Total cost for two hours work - $280. The $15,000 ‘fix’ proposed by the Drain Man had nothing to do with the problem. Don’t use them.
I had The Drain Man out to my property in Rosebud yesterday and cannot reccommend them higher if I tried! My completely blocked and overflowing Sewer I found out was being caused by Tree Roots. It got cleared and I was provided with a solution to reline the drain without digging! (I thought digging was the only option, hows silly!) I'm getting the relining done next week and can't wait!
