The Edge Bar & Restaurant

We always have s great time whenever we are st The Edge. New owner is great, food is beautiful and the espresso martini's are to die for.

Great restaurant, good, friendly service. Really nice atmosphere and nice furnishings. The food was amazing, ate there on three separate occasions and none disappointed.

The Edge Restaurant is beside the Edge Hotel but is privately owned. The decor is minimalistic but very creative. the bar has etched glass mirrors behind it and grey marble bar fronts, softly illuminated. High tables in translucent terrazzo are lit from within, and fabulous orange light shads of pleated silk hover over the high glowing tables, like miniature space ships. Tall high backed stools and taupe leather sofas are the supplied seating. Between the bar area and the restaurant, are long green grasses incapsulated between clear polyurethane sheets which gives the appearance of water. On the opposite wall are curves of small sheets of firm white shapes, woven together, looking like a flotilla of small yacht sails, also lit from behind, emanating a soft flattering light into the dining area.
