This restaurant is quite possibly the best kept secret in Adelaide. The food is superb, the views of the Semaphore foreshore are amazing and the service is impeccable. During the winter, the open fireplaces invite a homely atmosphere and the warmer months allow you to either sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze, or inside and watch the sunset at dusk.
As for the menu, it's extensive and caters for all tastes. My husband and I regularly dine there, he loves the Flying Knife signature dish - a claypot with prawns, mussels and blue swimmer crab. My favourite is the Chicken breast wrapped in proscuitto and stuffed with feta, spinach and dried tomatoes. But save room for the dessert, especially the warm chocolate brownies!!
