Purchased a TV online for my mother with a two hour pick up advertised. During the order process I nominated my husband to pick up the TV and provided his details as required on the good guys website. When he went to the store to pick it up they refused to allow him to do so because they said the website did not send through the authorisation details. The manager was rude and basically said if there is a problem with their website… It is my problem not his. The staff were rude and were not prepared to find a solution other than for my mother to go in herself to pick it up… Why have an authorised pick up on their website if they will then not allow the authorised person to pick it up. A total waste of our time. I’ve sent the good guys an email requesting they deliver it free of charge tomorrow or cancel my order… I would rather go somewhere that appreciates my business. No longer a customer of the good guys despite many years of being a loyal customer.
Was sold a Miele dishwasher including delivery only to be called the next day to be told that Miele dont install at my location.
So today I called 4 times, wasting my time completely as I received
1. piped ads blaring in my ear and no response
2. Hello I'll put you through ....wait and Hello, I'll put you through
3. I'll get someone to call back
4. after 10 minutes, they hung up!
Like hello! - cancelling purchase as fortunatley there is a 3 day cooling off.
Poor customer service. We were told incorrect information regarding offers when we initially brought items. In store and on the phone people were not willing to help us follow up with problems from our original sale. Had to call several times just to get through, and then I was continually left on hold until the phone rang out. I would seriously reconsider shopping here again, as it is extremely difficult to get any help or follow up if there is a problem with the original sale.
The worst retailer to deal with! They are unprofessional, rude and dishonest with their customers!
I bought a LG washing machine almost 1.5 years ago for almost $2000! It has leaked damaging my house and the machine.The machine is unsafe and unusable! after over a month trying to get any remedy from them they cannot be bothered! They have sent a technician out 2 TIMES!!! still not fixing the faults! I had an independent technician come out to state that the machine was unsafe and a fire hazard!
I have phoned, emailed more then 20 times to be rudely hung up on or to be put on hold for over an hour!
Geoff and Dianne never follow through and deliver what they promise ! They cant even return calls and when you do get a hold of them they are rude toread more
I wish I could give this store a negative star rating! Never in my life have I received such horrible service!! I purchased a camera from good guys in good faith and decided to pick it up from this store. BIGGEST MISTAKE!! I need to repair the camera so I went back to the store. It took months and months for them to repair the camera. Every time I called they would tell me a new lie. After speaking to the manager 2 weeks after I dropped it off I found out the camera had not even left the store!! Each time I called I was told someone would call me back and not once did anyone make one single call to give me one update or to tell me the camera was ready. Shocking. Extremely horrible and rude staff. No one seems to know what they are doing. No customer service at all.
