Bought an electric oven and gas cooktop on 5 Dec. We were told it had to arrive from warehouse and they would ring when the peces were avalable. They rang saturday to say the pieces were available. I went tp pick up on Monday to be told only the cooktop was available.The men here said they were expecting a truck on tuesday with the oven probably on it. Collected that and asked the girls at the front desk to get the sales person Paul) to ring me with info on when it would be available or ready. I waited until 21st as no contact had been made and was told it was in the store and awaiting my collection. I asked why no contact had been made and all I got was "Sorry". Will I shop here again? Most probably not due to such poor after sales service. I may shop elsewhere if this good guys have what I want. Shoody after sales service. Michael M
I originally bought 2 ipads from here for my children for christmas unfortunately when i got them home one was fine but the other was opened and was already registered with apple under someone elses name so i took the product back to the store and they had none left so iasked for the next one up at a discounted price as it was there mistake the staff including the manager was really quite unapologetic and rude we ended up yaking the new wii u in replacement only for tge kids to open it christmas day and the game pad was broken so i rang them they said bring it in so i took it back they would not swap it they sent it away for repairs as i live a long way from the store over 40 min and i have young children i asked for it to be delivered as this was the second faulty item from this store only to be very rudely told i was lieing about the ipad and that is not store policy! overall all the staff i dealt with there were very rude and had no clue what customer serviceread more
I was not sure after seeing a bigger fridge and these guys got the smaller version out from their back storage and even opened the box for me. I paid that day and bought the smaller LG Fridge and then next day before delivery asked if i could upgrade to the larger LG 907Lt door in door. What an excellent fridge and so happy i made the change but i would like to thank Denley and his staff for the easy changeover as they never had too since i had already paid for the smaller fridge. Denley the owner even emailed me to say no problem - let us know if you want the bigger fridge and we will arrange and did so the next day. They did all this with no problems at all and i would like to highly recommend The Good Guys in Clarkson. Thanks Denley great customer service and unlike others that post on the internet i have no problem in putting my full name so any one can call me regarding your service to confirm my great experience and service with your store.
I bought a tablet computer for my wife at Denley Sampson Good Guys in Clarkson. My wife didn't want it so two days after buying it it tried to return the unopened package to the store. I was very rudely told by the management that they don't refund just because I've changed my mind. I was offered a store credit but have no use for it and I just wanted to return the brand new item to Clarkson Good Guys.
I can understand not refunding opened items but this was brand new and unopened. I will no longer shop at denley sampson good guys and wanted to make others aware that they do not put the customer first as they state. I'm very disappointed as I like to support my local stores but if the good guys Clarkson can't treat their customers well then I recommend shopping elsewhere.
