Just had a wonderful experience with this store. Our sunbeam toaster broke down after going a month out of warranty. We packed it up and took it back to this store... fully expecting to have to dish out to buy a new toaster. We were greeted with smiles and told that they would contact sunbeam for us and managed to easily negotiate a new replacement toaster for us. What a lovely demonstration of excellent customer service. Thank you good guys.
Very rude customer service, when I asked for a discount as I was purchasing $4000 worth of goods he just yelled at me and made me feel like I was the worst person in the world for asking. If I didn't need to buys the goods urgently I would have walked away. He also had zero product knowledge and I had to correct him and show him they did sell fridge I was after via their website.
The delivery driver was also very rude, I was 15 mins late getting to the house which I warned him about 20 mins before the "window" I was gven so he was not waiting, I was in the wrong for not being on time and apoligised but he again yelled at me and hung up me so I had to wait and see for several hours if he was going to turn up as i was too scared to call back after his attitude.
Will not shop there again.
Very unhelpful staff- waited 40minutes in a not very busy store to return an unsuitable item and no one would help me. I left and came back later in the afternoon to be offered a replacement, when I said I still wanted a refund, the staff member then started assisting another customer...after he finished with that customer I again said I just wanted a refund, he said it was fine, but walked away to again serve another customer...another pointless 20minutes in store. I will NEVER purchase from this store again and would not recommend to anyone
I purchased a washing machine from the good guys at Erina and after 7months it stopped washing. I contacted the good guys who gave me fisher and paykel's service number. It took them a week to send a technician. I called the good guys back and explained that we are a family of 4 and that I wash everyday. He said I may be able to get a loan washing machine but only after a week. In any case he wouldn't do anything until the technician had a look. He was unhelpful and extremely rude. Whilst the faulty machine was not the good guys fault, their poor customer service after the point of sale and lack of adhering to the ACCC automatic consumer rights and protection was extremely poor and not worth saving a few dollars.
OK, where do I start. I purchased a TV from the good guys less than 10 months ago and just recently the TV just died. My wife went into the store as its under warranty to have it replaced and they said no, it has to go to a service person. My wife and I did this and the service person said the TV was not repairable and the good guys had to either replace or refund. I took the TV to the good guys today. 16/01/2015 and went to one of the sales people and this person was the rudest sales I have ever come across. I mentioned that I was there to get a refund for the TV as it could not be repaired, they just said no. I said it's covered by warranty and also covered by extended warranty and I would like the refund, they said no. Then told me to leave the Store. I said are your serious? the reply was yes and said leave the Store. I was so shocked by this so was my wife that was also with me as well as our 4 year old son. The sales person then threatened me to leave the storeread more
