If I could leave a zero score I would - worst customer service I have ever experienced - leading to the first review I have written. Firstly incorrectly quoted for delivery costs instead of $27o it was $450. That's fine I understand mistakes can be made. Then I called to chase up where the oven was at it had been couple weeks and they said yeah its been here when do you want delivery ( had I not called when would I have got the oven) . Ok thats fine I can handle that. Next the delivery guys scratch my wooden floor boards when they didn't use a trolley to lift my oven on the way out. Let them know straight away - got the initial call to say they would look into it after i sent in the photos. 15 days later and follow-up email ... no response.
I brought a Ninja Blender via the online store, on a Saturday. There was nothing to say that it will be on back order or there was limited stock. (The same model was even listed on eBay by the Good Guys). The email confirmation said that I would receive my order in the next 3 - 5 business days, if the item is on back order, I would either receive an email or phone call.
7 days go by. I received no phone calls noread more
I bougth washing machine and upright fridge-freezer from them. The fridge got damaged during the delivery and store promised to arrange either exchange of goods or just replacing the damaged part (the damage was cosmetic). It has been 4 months and despite several communications with the store I am still waiting for the replacement...buy from them at your own peril!!!
Researched what we wanted online but decided to support local business for the sake of a few dollars. In store we looked at all microwaves. No assistance offered but just selected the one we wanted. Went to counter where staff couldn't be less interested as too busy discussing lunch plans. They could clearly see my husband place the heavy box on counter & made him move it to another counter when they finally decided to help us, had zero personality or customer service ability. Was rude & disinterested through the entire transaction. On leaving I called the shop & advised I wanted to talk to the management, on hold for a few mins then a message was taken alerting them that I wanted to make a complaint. 4 days later still waiting. Wanted to buy local but won't bother next time cause for an extra $8 we could have ordered online, had it delivered & the old one taken away.
Following our online complaint the Management of the store called. They apologised for our experience & we gave staff member details. They advised they will speak to them & give additional training. We may possibly return next time.
