Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Don't try to phone them, they don't answer or will put you on hold until the line drops out. Items purchased in Sept still not arrived. We were told the goods we selected were available at the time of purchase, so there was no excuse for a delay.

Visited Lutwytche Good Guys (misnomer) this morning. Lots of staff not engaged in customer service. When served the staff member greeting was not " good morning, how can I assist you" but rather " are you paying by cash".
