Visited Lutwytche Good Guys (misnomer) this morning. Lots of staff not engaged in customer service. When served the staff member greeting was not " good morning, how can I assist you" but rather " are you paying by cash". I bought a T.V. & wall bracket there before Christmas and this morning a indoor digital Antenna & have always had very good service, especially from Brook this morning. Staff helpful and Knowledgeable.
