Bought a Vax vacuum from them and assumed because they sell the product they would also stock the bags needed for it, no deal there. I then went in search of a Nespresso coffee machine for a Xmas present, the guy who served us said they didn't have any in stock, said he'd check to see if anyone had them and was the last I saw off him, poor customer service on both accounts
Extremely disappointed with this store The Good Guys Malaga, poor customer service, definitely needs more training for sure, they lack knowledge of products they recommend to their customer, such a horrible experience I had shopping there, not even one apology received from any of their team, I just wanted to buy a Vacuum, They refunded me back my $70 into my Interest Free Purchases GE Creditline Account but then took out $1,368.00, now I have 2 separate active interest free purchases on my account, now my statement says I am owing a total of $2,736, my only 1 original purchase with the 5 years warranty included ($169) with the $70 Tangle/Free Turbine Tool was only a total of $1,438...take out the refunded $70 equals $1,368, they have created a whole new second purchase again, I have written a letter to their head office, emailed etc and it is still notread more
Pruchased a washing machine yesterday arternoon online. It was delivered thismorning before 9am. The delivery guys rang to say they were on the way. They installed it and removed the old one and the packaging and showed us how it worked. Excellent service. Great product and price. I can highly recommend you. You really are good guys.
Called several times to discuss a problem for a cheap android tv, that i bought from them and having big problems . They told me it was a special.Well i am unable to watch netflix . It freezes when watching comercial channels.Still no reply.This has been going on for 3 months.Very disappointed....I will not be buying from them again.
Very Very disappointed. Let me preface this by saying we have been a loyal Good Guys Malaga customers for 10 YEARS. All our appliances have been from there. Recently I've had an expensive TV that broke down within 4 Years. I called the Good Guys, for them to look for a remedy under AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAWS. Unfortunately, when they got back to me, their manager, couldn't even waive the call out fee for their repairmen to fix the TV, instead referred me to buy another one. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I SPEND MORE MONEY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT EVEN VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS? AVOID THIS COMPANY. I KNOW I WILL. I would give negative reviews, if the options was provided to me.
