Called several times to discuss a problem for a cheap android tv, that i bought from them and having big problems . They told me it was a special.Well i am unable to watch netflix . It freezes when watching comercial channels.Still no reply.This has been going on for 3 months.Very disappointed....I will not be buying from them again.
Very Very disappointed. Let me preface this by saying we have been a loyal Good Guys Malaga customers for 10 YEARS. All our appliances have been from there. Recently I've had an expensive TV that broke down within 4 Years. I called the Good Guys, for them to look for a remedy under AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAWS. Unfortunately, when they got back to me, their manager, couldn't even waive the call out fee for their repairmen to fix the TV, instead referred me to buy another one. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I SPEND MORE MONEY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT EVEN VALUE LOYAL CUSTOMERS? AVOID THIS COMPANY. I KNOW I WILL. I would give negative reviews, if the options was provided to me.
Very disappointed with these guys. Called them up this morning to enquire about a tv an was told that they had it in store, they even told me that because it was an ex display model that i would be able to talk to the manager for an additional discount. I took the long drive from cockburn to malaga only to find that the unit that i enquired about was somehow “damaged”. To put salt on the wound, the store staff shamelessly tried to up-sell me to an almost identical unit at twice the price... not even offering me any discounts for my trouble. I am not even so sure that the unit i requested was damaged... probably just a money grab attempt. All in all, awful experience/ awful store.
Went in to buy a carpet cleaner which I saw on there website to ask a few questions. Also stood there for 10-15mins Not one staff member came up to me to enquire if I need help . They where all standing around talking. There wasnt very many customers in the shop as it was in the morning during the week. So I walked out and bought it from Harvey Normans wich the gentlemen was very helpfull. Also just before fathersday my son and myself went it to purchase a shaver same thing happened but I had to go and hunt for a staff member as he could not go anywhere else to purchase it due to work commitments. Whe have purchased alt of goods there just very disappointed about the service lately.
