Best value coffee, pastries and pies in Port Melbourne and all served up in a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. This is always a busy cafe and a great place to catch-up with friends or just read the daily papers which are always to hand. If you want good coffee at a great price, this is the place to go.

You can tell it's great by the perpetual local crowd jostling for seats and morning papers, inside and outside even on the blustery-est Port Melbourne day. Pastries are made on premises, and though I try to resist the cakes, the quiche lorraine is my all time favourite, anywhere, anytime. This is a genuine local icon - no pretense, just good coffee (Nick remembers how you like yours after the first few visits), welcoming, familiar staff and the best breakfast value in town.

Best cafe in Port Melbourne. Friendly service. Best cakes bar none. Great coffee. Prices more than reasonable. Has become my daily treat - Darren.

They have the best pastries, cakes, APPLE PIE, and the coffee is great. It's my favourite place around town. Always crowded with lost of people meaning that there's always fresh food available.
