Ring first to check the times, they run tours here twice a day. The goal is used by a few businesses at the moment (probably more soon) and one of those businesses also runs the tours. If you live in Castlemaine and remember anything about the goal go on the tour and you might be able to add to the knowledge base. If you don't like heights then you might want to skip the upstairs portion of the tour. If you are not good with stairs then the tour probably isn't for you anyway. Its a fun activity and pretty interesting history lesson. They will even lock you up in solitary if you want.
