Bill came round to quote for some gas plumbing work. Said there was asbestos under the house and wouldn't quote until it was checked. I ended up spending $200 on an asbestos report (all clear). Left sms and phone messages and he won't return my calls. I can understand if someone doesn't want to do a job but now he's wasted my money as well as my time.

I hope you can understand that asbestos is extremely dangerous and we are not trained to diagnose it. For our safety, as well as yours and your family's safety, we cannot take the risk, it can be life threatening. I am sorry that you see taking this precaution as a waste of money. Our teams safety as well as our clients will always be top priority. There was also no charge to you for the time that I spent inspecting your property.

I used them before and my dad had an issue with his hot water system so I called them today. Same top service as the first time and just like I got, the plumber gave my dad a free inspection of all his plumbing and drains and threw in a few free adjustments. Friendly, reliable and totally happy again!
