Went in seeking some food stamps or some sort of help as I was on Centrelink and was paid the bare minimum with bills over my head with no family to depend on.
I was told by the staff that because I was Australian, could speak English and had more chance of getting a job I wasn't able to get help. (This was after 6 days of having no food).
Service not the best. As you walk in you stand at the desk waiting waiting waiting waiting clearly visible to the staff mind you!
But until you ring the little bell you are invisible. So when you go in make sure you ring the bell other wise you will be standing there for 30 minutes or longer.
Thank god I found a job!
