The Settlement Hotel Cranbourne

Excellent food with many parmas to choose from. Also the woodfired pizza is awesome. The give you a free birthday dinner if you sign up which is great. Highly recommended.

I've come to the Settlement for years ever since i was small. Meals used to be so good back in the day.
Me & 2 friends all ordered chicken parma's and it took half an hour for 1 to come out, they then stuffed up my order we asked for no salad and they brung us salad. I asked for extra chips and i got nothing.
The hotel.
Maybe be more spicafic when you say spa, we orded a spa room thinking it was going to be a spa. It ended up being a bath spa none of us could fit into it. So annoyed! The bed as uncomfatable (Felt like we were sleeping on wood)
We got prank calls from another room. We then got woken up by someone knocking on our door at 8:30 (We had a big night) we then got a phone call at 9:30 asking when were leaving!
Check out times should be alot later!
Will rethink my plans if im staying in Cranbourne again!

Found a hair in my meal and when I brought it to the attention of the wait staff all I got was "that's ok, I'll let them know". No apology and no offer to replace the meal or take it off the bill. Disappointing.

Food was atrocious ...service was very slow. seafood platter for one not two as they say , Apollo risotto, chicken was dry ...crispy pork belly was soggy , was meant to be Krispy and it was full of oil and soaked in it ...desserts were yuk , mousse was over whipped and not fresh and was not a proper mousse ...stick date pudding was horrid , ice was melt even before came to table . Never go again.....other customers half ate there's and left , what does it tell you ...and play ground was dirty ...not safe for kids to play in ....grubby

Real woodfire pizza is a nice experience with my beers. Food all round was really good. Nice parma. Good prices and nice staff always have room for us.
