Have recently had my second lot of shutters installed from Davonne and am not disappointed, in fact I think the quality is better than the ones I got 2 years ago. Philip was again very helpful and knowledgeable and had a solution for a very tricky window. Installer was great, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. Highly recommended.
I got good value for money. The staff were ok to price match and beat the price of competitors, and that ended up saving me a fair bit of money for the order because it was for most of the rooms in our new home. I'd recommend Davonne, do your research on prices with the main competitors, and the odds are that Davonne will be able to beat them while providing the same or better quality.
Davonne are good. I can't fault their service or quality. Another blind company we have used in the past have stuffed up and turned out to be bad value. Nothing bad like that with Davonne, and their staff are good people so I'm happy to give them a good review.
Do not use this company. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a trade or service. For plantation shutters, they measured inaccurately, damaged my windows when installing. I have had other manufacturers visit my home since to do the remainder of my windows, and they all agree that the Davonne shutters are measured and installed to a woeful standard.
